MyPortablePlanner is a software and hardware combination designed and developed for students in college. The product is a Thesis project that required branding and a website to match.
The main goal of the website is to capture qualified leads and create a list of people interested in the commercialization of the project. A basic infomercial was also created for the site. The video was composed of images and characters created with Adobe Photoshop then later animated using Windows Live Movie Maker with some voice acting.
The branding primarily revolves around the color red. This decision was carefully made. The color red evoked feelings of passion and aggression that aims to inspire the students to take a more pro-active approach to their time management and studies.
